Villa Giusterna is a perfectly preserved Villa of 18th century surrounded by a fenced 800 sm. park, including the Villa and a recently renovated building with 3 apartments, 2 swimming pools, private open-air spaces, bbq areas and various corners in the shadow of Olive, Cypress and Maritime Pine Trees where one can relax in silence, the silence that only Nature can offer.
The village is located on top of a relief, descending from Monteluco, that separates the Chiantishire from the Valdarno through the Ambra valley. The old Castle of Montebenichi seems to come from a Lombard settlement where also the survivors of some neighbouring Etruscan and Roman seats, such as La Pieve, La Selva and Monte di Rota, were received.
Villa Giusterna, lying in the still uncontaminated Val d’Ambra, is located between Siena and Arezzo and is the perfect starting point to visit places created by History and Art such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, the beautiful Val d’Orcia, the Churches, the Abbeys like the very famous San Galgano and S. Antimo, just to mention some of them.
In 15 minutes by car you reach Rapolano Terme with the Thermal Baths of San Giovanni and the historical ones “Antica Querciolaia”. In only 10 minutes you also reach the riding school “Centro ippico la Berardenga”, led by expert federal guides: you will have the possibility of horse riding among the hills and the villages which make this land charming and famous all over the world.
